Mesón Starters

(in the centre):

 

Fried noodles with mushrooms, young garlic and foie shavings.


Cecina carpaccio from La Todolella with foie and truffle.


Sautéed wild mushrooms with vegetables, “Bolissim” sausage and fried egg.


Assortment of croquettes: Morellana, cecina with caramelised

onion and foie, and cod “Bolissim”

 

 

Second course to choose from:

 

Venison loin with red fruit sauce.


Crispy stuffed pig’s trotters with ceps.


½ roast lamb shoulder.


Grilled beef tenderloin with garnish.


Grilled beef chop with garnish.


Milk-fed kid “lingot” in its own juice.


Roast milk-fed kid shoulder (supplement €6.00).


Stuffed lamb cannelloni in its juice.


Confit cod loin with nut sauce.


Grilled sea bass.
