Where innovation and tradition merge

The restaurant is characterised by its recipes in which tradition and innovation merge to create dishes where flavour is a fundamental part, but without forgetting the quality of all the products and the careful presentation.

 

We have a menu where you can find dishes created from traditional recipes and other new creations.

 

There are usually three menus available: the "Tasting Menu", the "Typical Tasting Menu" (with products from the region) and the "House Menu". 

 

Depending on the season, we organise "Truffle Days" or "Bolet Days".

In our menu we have a selection of starters such as: Croquetas Morellanas, Medallón de conejo trufado or Fideos fritos con "gírgolas de pánical" with tender garlic and foie, etc. Salads, soups, fish, grilled meats and specialities such as: Iberian pork with port sauce and caramelised shallots or duck breast flavoured with thyme and orange.
