Raquel is currently the chef in charge of the restaurant, daughter of the founders, she is known for her innovative ideas but always keeping in mind the flavours of her traditional cuisine. She has been involved in the restaurant with her parents since she was a child and is now at the helm. She is accompanied by a team whose work and vocation stand out.
