Tradition and the avant-garde merge in the recipes of Mesón del Pastor to create dishes where we find a careful presentation and an important presence of flavour in the traditional stews.

In the restaurant we have a menu and menus, a menu where you can find both elaborations created from traditional recipes and others of new creation. The menus we have available are the "Tasting Menu", the "Typical Tasting Menu (with products from the region)" and the "House Menu".

Depending on the season, the restaurant organises Gastronomic Days, Truffle Days and Boletus Days.
